You can play Stars! multi-player just by putting the turn files on a floppy disk. Download your turn files from SAH website onto a floppy disk, copy them to your game PC, play turn, copy turn file to floppy, goto web connected PC, goto your game's web page on SAH website, upload turn file from floppy.
