I remember trying to give an in-game message warning about you after the "BFT is bad"-message, but apparently little was done.. You was very lucky indeed with your starting position.
Well, I don't have a written record of this game, but I'll try to see what I remember.
I allied with the Robots early on, but they never did any well, and was allways in 6th.
I was constantly at war, first with the BFT at the Robots request, then with the Collective also, who attacked the Robots, then the Conflagurators attacked, and last with the Seleni.
I always seemed to be someplace behind my enemies scientifically. (Yes, the range 2 hi-init-beams were interesting, but I never got to range 3.. )
Because of my starting position I never had more than 8-9 "ok" planets, tried to expand east early on, but the attempt was crushed by the Conflags.
This was my first game against humans (although I played 1.5 LAN-games in the middle of this game), and I learned a lot
