Believe no NAP between B and Gb. Borg was agreeable to 5 year but Goober wanted till 2460, negotiations never went further

B policy of not suprise attacking even if no NAP. (joys of extra honourable personna)
Gb may wish to attack B as otherwise future situation likely poor.
A+R+K may wish cooperation with Gb, though with likely 3 NAPs already broken trust will be difficult
X noting Gb set X to neutral, minefield collision likely will be setting Gb to neutral
Possible Gb will also lose friend status from Gd, possible hostillities between { Gb } and { Gd and/or X }
Likely B will face attack from Gb as just put 'Kick me' sign on B behind
Fleeing B ships may begin sweeping Gb minefields as part of escape/survival
B may begin helping Dj and/or Dc, A now unlikely to help Dj
Other wars may break out immediately as big North vs South conflict
