From my point of view, it seems like RWIAB is over. Therefore, I am declaring a joint victory with the Nixotoib empire.
After the game is officially over, I request a few turns for Cancer and I to gather our battle fleets for one final showdown. This battle will not affect the victory.
Please indicate to both the host (overworked) and I if you accept this or not. Unless every one tells the host that the game should end, I'll have to continue the war.
