Empire Interactive is no more. To the best of my knowledge there is no retail way to purchase serial numbers.

As I've mentioned, I offer serial numbers for donations to Stars! AutoHost. Pick any amount between $2 and $6 per serial and use the yellow PayPal link on the http://starsautohost.org/stars.htmStars! AutoHost website.

edit: I check my Stars! AutoHost email every few days usually, so don't get upset if you don't receive a serial number immediately after donating. It's not an automatic process.
