I will update the post with the no ARM/OBRM combo and AR should get ISB.

Yes, BET must stay. All have it ... so all are in complete "out of box" situation with it.

May happen that CA, JOAT and IT are still penalized too weakly ... i was first thinking to add MA to them but did not find any good excuses doing it. Twisted Evil
