Why don't I just post the actual mod instead of a big long text talking about it?
First off, though I have StarED on my home computer, for some reason I don't have the necessary support files to run it that come with XB.
Secondly, I don't have a normal net connection and can only transfer files from home to a computer with net access via 3.5" disk. XB is too large to fit on the disk, even if I try to compress it.
So, if the essential files alone are small enough to fit on a floppy, can someone please email them to me? -grin-
Now: I've attached a big textfile, that while disordered explains more or less what I am trying to do here. This effort is based on my brevious attempts with the Viper mod and other experiments, as well as a few pen-and-paper formulaic balance tests.
