I voted for 48 hours that being the maximum, if all turns in then I would like to see the game generate then.

Greetings to all of you!

The poll has almost run its course. For those of you who have been looking at the results, I must inform you
that there is an error in one of the votes cast, or rather a change. Someone who voted for "No Way" has
asked to have their vote changed to "M-W-F" after talking to their partner. I have also been in contact with
Ron of AutoHost and he does not know any way to change a vote once it has been cast. Therefore, please
subtract one from the "No Way" field when viewing the poll, and add one to the "M-W-F" field.

The poll should still be open for a day or two. Therefore, by Monday I will be able to announce if we are
switching the turn generation schedule or staying the same.

Based on the results of the poll (with the above mentioned change of votes) the turn generation schedule has been changed to M-W-F at 13:00 UT.

Thank you for continuing to participate in this game. I am now going to try to deal with Abaddon and Bishum to see if replacements are required.

I wouldn't mind the game slowing down even more now, if nobody else has a problem with it. Once or twice a week would be fine with me.

So far, you two are the only ones that I have heard from. I will let things go as they are for one more week or until I hear back from the other two active players.

Yeah, I don't get the feeling that these two are anxiously logging in every couple hours to see if there's any new developements in the game or if a new turn has generated early. More like, disinterested but obliged.

If that's the case we can just call it quits altogether and spend our time doing something we enjoy as far as I'm concerned. I'm wearying of the game myself but can't in good conscience drop out, especially since the winner is 100% undetermined. I'm currently in 1st place by a slim margin and right now Stardazer is having his day, but my day will come again, too. There is no way I could say I won this game, nor concede defeat. That's my only real reason for wanting to slow it down again - I'd rather spend more time doing other things but I cannot just stop participating. The only way I could do that is if everyone agreed that an inconclusive end to the game was welcome.

I expect my last post here prompted the updated message on the download page in which case a response from me is unnecessary, but just in case you want one from me too, here it is.

I've enjoyed the game, but I'm tired of playing it and I do my turns out of obligation nowadays. I'm content to call it a draw if the feeling is mutual, because I'd rather spend my time playing AAT, to be quite honest. Smile

I'm in agreement with Zoid on this one it has been enjoyable, but is starting to drag somewhat.

A pity so many dropped out so early.

A draw is probably the right way to call it.
