Aden � you didn�t include me in the energy Wolf/Lamb site. Please can you send some scouts there for the Da�Shain, I am ready to make Croby frigates Im just waiting for energy 7. I will be researching energy myself a bit.

No new Greens for me, but like the Aden I am colonising reds that I can make green eventually.

Actually Dan can you give me the Shade scouts that are at the Energy Wolf/Lamb sites - this would be quicker and I need energy in the next few turns, the shades need it in the next 10 or so turns.

Are you sure, Joseph? I see a Da'Shain scout at each of my 4 sites. I guess I was wrong and each side DOES need to have a warship there. Sorry for all this confusion. I've never done wolf/lamb before. I'll get it fixed up.

Ooops sorry you are right!
I do have a scout at each of the sites (I missed it because all of the others have "Angst Wolf/Lamb energy" and mine was "Wolf/Lamb energy")
I also am a bit new to wolf/lambing so Im not sure if I need a weapon or not

You should only need to be present in the combat. So long as at least one ship or starbase that has a component or hull of a tech higher than what you currently know dies and you had any ship viewing the combat, you have a chance to get tech.

Note that it is entirely possible to not gain tech due to the randomness -- if you don't get tech, you were just unlucky...

That's what I figured, but I saw stuff going on that really confused me. Like the battle report would say "A battle took place at blah,blah involving two races", but all six races were at the site. Oh well. At least it's working fine now.
