Da'Shain PRT

2 Fuel transports observed. Da'shain are IS. Question is I guess, do they not have an AR? Who would do energy research on turn one except and AR? Curious. It might be useful for our SS to give us a status report on research points received each turn.

I think that what happened is that one of their players forgot to change his research field and it was left on the default of Energy for the first year. Would that make sense? Especially since one of their players has been hardly submitting any turns?

They would have also forgot to build factories, mines and scouts.

Only if they missed their turns. I know that sometimes I get caught up in what I am planning or doing and forget to adjust my research accordingly. It could very simply be that they just never switched it off of the default value... or if they missed their first turn then they would have, like you said, not built mines, factories, or scouts for that year.
