Any race restrictions?
An all AR game with the Cheap Starbase cheat allowed.
Or a more standard game where AR is encouraged i.e. where only AR is allowed to exploit the Cheap Starbase cheat.
Also, shouldn't this be discussed in the Bar?

P.S. Assuming it works for AR, the Colonisation Module Check cheat would be quite handy too.
