I've always thought ISB was absolutely essential for 3i HE as well as -f HE, but in the former case I can't seem to remember why. Could someone remind me? Laughing

You need it to refull
You need it to build Freighter and kolonizer

At all you need it for fast Kolonist movment what brings you more resources.

I said "the former case".

As in, for 3i HE, NOT -f HE. I am highly aware of why it's necessary for any -f including HE. Confused
