 Maybe they are busy during the weekend. (I'm only guessing)
If they miss too many turns (6 or 7 I'd say) I'll set them inactive. An inactive player is still abel to download his m-file and upload his x-file. But he won't get the turn via email and the turn generation doesn't wait for him.
