 Our host changed to strict turn generation, so there will be no more generation when all orders are in but only at the announced time: Mo and Thu at 12:00 GMT.

The change was done by a request of mine. At this stage of the game I thought it easier to handle uploading and editing orders with a strict schedule and without that the fear that the turn generation might be triggered by a only partly done order-upload.
