 Hey, now I have got access, too.

btw: I've updated the map: http://stars.arglos.net/games/bab5v2/
Now showing all data from 2453 and more possible Elder planets are marked. Based on the data from John I've added table of those planets.

And while doing this I realized how extremely powerful this Vorlon alliance is. With access to OAs every damned -20% planet can be made to a juicy 100% one within a frightening short time.
