Recently I have stopped receiving the notification of turn generations for all my games. Someone can tell if it is StarsAutoHost issue or is it on my end?

Do you have access to the game page of one of your games? Can you check if your address is still there?
Might be your ISP started blocking starsautohost? ...

Note that there sometimes can be a serious delay in between the turn gen and receiving the mail ... IIRC I've experienced delays of 12h and more ... Weird enough my ally's the turn (that was emailed to me as well) did not have that delay ...

The bounced error messages says your email box is full.

Thank you for explanations. My e-mail box is actually empty, so I guess it was a temporary problem of my account provider. Fortunatelly it seems to be gone, as I received new turn notification this morning.
