In this, the final year of the Armistice, The Qeng Ho have reported multiple violations of the enforced peace by the Vader.

Since all bans are lifted in the year 2450, I have no option but to impose a hefty one year's ban on the aggressors.

...and I'm quite glad nothing happened in recent years, as due to various PC/Stars! issues, I haven't been able to get the damn thing running for a couple of weeks! Confused

Though we often ask how and why, we must also do to get the answers to the questions.

Recent meditions show that the space-time continuum might be now far less fragile than a couple decades ago. Cheers Reputed scientists, however, have hotly disputed such claims. Confused

We the People would like to call for a new period of peace while more measurements are made and experts Sherlock can decide if the Galactic Remnant is about to mercifully stabilize Disco or definitely collapse. New Shocked

The Empty welcome the compassionate stance taken by the wise m.a in light of the general sense of paranoia and hostility that permeates our universe.

I hereby would like to call upon all races to speak openly about their grievances, particularly regarding territory.

I would like to draw the attention of the assembly to the border dispute between the Empty and the Plecos. (activate viewscreen)

As you can see, the Pleco minefields (shown as red circles) have grown to overlap the border between the two races, at the top and to the right of the map, and have engulfed Mallard, Bakwele and Kearny.
Unless Pleco halts the orders of the minelayers orbiting 911, Revelation will be engulfed within a year.

The Pleco intent is blatantly obvious -- they will argue that they only seek to secure their homeworld -- but the truth of the matter is that a semicircle of minelayers surrounds Revelation.

We all know of the terrifying power of the Pleco mine, that can be detonated on order, vaporizing neutral, enemy and friend alike in a thermonuclear fire.

Our demand is clear : Pleco must withdraw all ships of minelaying capability (shown as red triangles) from foreign territory immediately. Their deployment of ticks and vampire bats can be called nothing but an act of terrorism.

As a show of good faith, I'm willing to withdraw all armed ships a distance of 150 light years, or 2 year's travel time, away from the Pleco homeworld of 911.

How about just having an all out, old fashioned war instead. Should be a lot more fun. Twisted Evil

We haven't yet completed all necessary measurements of the spacetime continuum stability! New Shocked
