How long does this normally take to fix? And is it possible to remove an autohost game and run it normally? If so is it possible to return it to autohost several turns later?

Due to time differences, and people being busy, it is rarely solved immediately. The current situation has now been resolved, however.

As for transferring games from Autohost and back again, I would suggest that this is more bother than it is worth, and you would have to petition for your game to be hosted again.

This is likely to take considerably more time than the few hours' outage you are likely to experience when the servers are rebooted.

IIRC Ron has to put the games on hold by hand ... being human he sometimes forgets. Wink

Your host can take the game off hold, but he should be careful that the game doesn't gen immediately while some players are still out.

And above all your host should 1) be awake and 2) sober.

For some reason either of these conditions are usually not satisfied when SAH goes bunker. Cool
