Upload Problem

Today, on this fine and sunny day, one of my players moaned to me that he could not upload his turn.

I told him not to be foolish, and to run along.. assuming that he was having an episode of woolly-headedness...

However... an hour later, he came back, and told me exactly the same thing!

So, I tried uploading a couple of my own turns, just so I could see where the problem (if any) lay.

Lo and behold!
My turns are not being uploaded either!

Is this the same across the board? If so, does anybody know what's going on? Have the invisible uploaded turns actually been uploaded? And just who was that masked man?

Help!

All the games pages are static.
Clock not even ticking...

Which raises the question.... is the Forum also suffering the same problem? There doesn't seem to be anybody around...

In fact, I can't see anybody out of the window...
Did something happen?
Was there a nuclear holocaust which I wasn't invited to? Sad

All games on Pause..........Changed harddrive on server.....
Not sure for how long games will be paused....

Your turns are being uploaded btw.....its just that the pages are not being updated...........

I noticed that there was a bit of server downtime a few hours ago...

Does that mean that the faulty hard drive has now been replaced?

Oh, and it looks like the game pages are frozen again.
I'm guessing that when it's all sorted out, we'll all be back on hold again.

Time to temporarily find another hobby....

Sigh.... I know, I know.... I don't like not having physical control of sah server either, but at least its being hosted. Don't know what happened this morning. I've been off work today and just now got time to get on the cptr and saw an email about sah being down.

Restored stars.htm from backup, put all games on hold, started sah scripts.
