IX of Ix
We have seen several communications that have been received by our radio telescopic receiving stations. Thanks to the great efforts by our galactic anthropologists we have been able to translate them. Most notable are the transmissions that have been picked up from the race we have translated to The Sulpholobus. Apparently, they have a conflict with a neighboring race and are in disagreement over the status of some non agression treaty (or some such diplomatic excange). Based on our translations we presume this is a situation of conflict within the galaxy, it is stressed here that we aren't 100% certain of our interpretation of the situation. We have not had any contact with these races.
Time will tell and we will see what happens. In the meantime, Ixians continue to explore the galaxy...

The first signs of chaos!!!
Stars dying
Wormholes disappear
Evil lurks
Aliens appear
Empires crumble
Our founder “Hari Seldon” through his principles of pschohistory has foreseen this. And so The Foundation was established to reduce the inevitable period of chaos to a mere 1000 years
The good shall prevail...

As predicted by the science of psychohistory, there will be a number of 'kingdom's ' - some of which will be introverted and some agressive. A new Empire will be born from the old. The Ix are well aware of this. We do hope that all kingdoms will unite to establish a democratic form of galactic governance - however, this is not likely to happen.
The Ix stand ready to do the utmost to make the new empire the best that is possible from the ashes of the old.
