In Mozilla Firefox it looks fine ... but that might be a different viewer/version?

Oh, nevermind. I figured it out. Looks like my Mozilla needs reinstalling.
I was looking at the NG last night, saw Orca's post and website...so went and looked. One of the links opened up 11 sessions and started downloading malware. I must have been a little over enthusiastic about "cleaning up".
Orca- Judging from the books you listed, try Verner Vinge, "Fire upon the Deep", and "Deepness in the Sky", if you haven't already. If you like them as much as I did, then you will be chomping at the bit for the 3rd book to come out.

Ick. Sorry. I suppose I should update and make sure all the links are still valid. I haven't really substantively updated in around 2+ years now.

Already own both 'em as well as most of the other books Vinge has written (though most of his earlier works aren't all that great - it isn't until The Peacewar saga that he really got going IMO), and indeed, waiting for number three. Great, imaginative novels there.
