anybody has this or can explain to me the difference between RC3 and RC4?

If I understand correctly, JRC3 was intended to be the final form of the game exe.

However, then it was discovered that the "SS population steal" bug had crept into the code.

JRC4 was then quickly put together in 2.6 format to stop this problem, and various hex editing cheats in the m-file.
