The Watcher declare the Happy Hounds (Player 9) the victor of RWIAB IIC by acclaimation in 2472.
We are sure the BIG DOG is pleased with the performance of his pups.
Review is being written and will be posted. I'll try to get the territory survey maps on a site for perusal along with said review. I'll also put a link here at that time.
Players are welcome to supply notes on *their* view of how things proceeded.
The Watcher also thank all players for their participation. Special thanks to the substitute players who stepped in as well. They often took over races that were in dire circumstances.

P.S. - 1st place race in RWIAB IIC (Hounds) is automatically eligible for the proposed RWIAB II Playoff Game. If the Hounds decline to enter the 2nd place race is the alternate. Players are welcome to Personal Message me if they have any recommendations for whether race(s) from IIc should be considered for any of the four "at-large" spots in the playoff round. Some reasoning or evidence to support the nomination is expected.

First, thanks everyone for the game. It was fun. Thanks to the players and subs, and especially our host - OWK (overworked).
I will save most of my comments until after OWK posts his game summary, but I thought I would go ahead and post Happy Hounds race details.

Yes, it was fun.
Hmm, that race design looks oddly familiar.
I had less mines (10,3,9), no ISB and narrower Rad in exchange for RS, cheaper tech (Elec cheap) and wider grav than yours, otherwise very similar.
Strangely, I also had Energy expensive.
Thanks to Kurt for running all these games and giving me the chance to "get into" Stars!

Also thanks to Alric for subbing an untenable position in the early game.
