So sorry to hear about the troubles with your scout. As mere peons we probably can not provide much assistance with the troubles that you are having... but we shall offer a tow-truck be sent to the specified location if you like?

In other news, the engine on our of our ships did not engage slowing our progress in scouting out the universe. Once our scouts are spread throughout the universe we will try to provide some highlights of happenings in the universe.
