Hi there,
I've been playing stars for the past couple years, but mainly with family and friends. I just happened to search the web again in years to see if there has been any development with utilities and such. I see that there is a universe creator from a Russian site, but there are no working links I can find to download it. Does anyone know where I can get this program?
Also, has there been a utility to merge history files so that if I'm allied I can send them my .h file and they can merge it with theirs to see both our planets etc?

Using Stars Notebook utility you can add .p# files from allies to view on map.
